2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use NEXUS Trading. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the use of cryptocurrency trading services is legal in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws and regulations.
3. Account
To use NEXUS Trading, you must register an account and provide accurate information including your email address and username. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that contain false or misleading information.
4. Service Description
NEXUS Trading provides an automated spot trading bot that executes trades on the Pionex exchange based on algorithmic signals and analysis. The bot operates 24/7 and can be enabled or disabled at any time from your dashboard. Our service is a software tool — it is not financial advice, investment management, or portfolio management. All trading decisions are made by the algorithm, and you use the service at your own discretion.
5. API Keys
To connect your Pionex account, you provide us with trade-only API keys. We will never request API keys with withdrawal permissions. Your API keys are stored encrypted in our database and are used solely to execute trades and read account data on your behalf. You should never share API keys that have withdrawal access with any third-party service, including ours.
6. Trading Risks
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every individual. Markets are highly volatile and prices can move rapidly against your positions. There is no guarantee of profit. Past performance of the bot or any trading signal is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge and accept that you may lose some or all of your invested capital. You are solely responsible for your decision to use this service and for any resulting financial outcomes.
7. Fees
NEXUS Trading charges a fee of 20% of realized profits, which is automatically deducted per trade. You are not charged any fee on losing trades — fees only apply when a trade closes in profit. We reserve the right to modify the fee structure with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the platform after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Exchange fees charged by Pionex are separate and are the user's responsibility.
8. NEXUS Token
The NEXUS Token is a utility token on the Solana blockchain, available on Raydium. The token is used for platform fee payments within the NEXUS Trading ecosystem. The NEXUS Token is not a security, not an investment contract, and carries no guaranteed value. We make no promises regarding the token's price, liquidity, or future utility. Purchasing or holding NEXUS Tokens is entirely at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXUS Trading and its operator shall not be held liable for any losses arising from: trading losses or unfavorable market conditions; outages, downtime, or errors on the Pionex exchange; API errors, rate limits, or connectivity issues; software bugs, delays, or unexpected behavior of the bot; data loss; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use NEXUS Trading for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to: market manipulation (wash trading, spoofing, layering); money laundering or financing of illegal activities; circumventing exchange rules or regulations; operating multiple accounts to abuse the platform; or attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the platform's systems. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.
11. Termination
You may stop using NEXUS Trading at any time by disabling the bot from your dashboard and removing your API keys. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, including for violations of these terms, suspicious activity, or any other reason. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain payable.
12. Privacy
We collect the following data: email address, username, Telegram chat ID (optional, for notifications), Pionex API keys (encrypted), and trading history. Your API keys are encrypted at rest in our database. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties. Telegram notifications are opt-in. Trading history is used to calculate fees, display statistics, and improve our algorithms. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure.
13. Modifications
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
